The Widmer WTV trade validator
is an example of what can be accomplished through close cooperation between us and our
customers. Faced with a very tight time table the Widmer/Howman design team came up with a
creative solution to a tricky problem, namely how to synchronize a great number of WTV
machines to a single time standard.

Proofer Boxes are basically environmental chambers
for the specific purpose of making dough rise before baking.

a number of “off-the shelf”

A unique electronic “Card
Programmer”, Drum Timer, Sequencer
This is truly an
“invented here” product. Originally
designed to be a replacement for unreliable electro-mechanical card programmers with time
as the input it can be made into a multichannel sequencer or programmable limit switch by
using an encoder or resolver based input.
The method of
programming is simple and very intuitive, unlike programming multiple setpoints. To
program a function on or off, simply turn the corresponding LEDs on or off.
The unit shown has 20
channel programming. 40 “pages” of program can be executed individually or
daisy-chained.
